#1 is rank insignia for the TOS female uniforms. I know it's not cannon, but it's important for the game and it shouldn't be hard just to stick some TNG rank dots on there somewhere.
I wish the Sam Brown belt was optional on the Men's ENT mirror universe too.
Other mirror varients would be fun, say a Mirror Varient of the All Good Things Uniform.
In general, I'm OK with the design of the various body armors in-game. They just seem more "Tron" than "Star Trek" to me. I think what's missing for me is the insignia.
So my suggestion is this -- give us an option to display rank insignia and badges on top of body armor, from the underlying costume. That way, you can make the body armors more consistent with whatever your uniform designs are.
While I'm on the topic of body armor, I'd love an option to show/hide body armor and kits from the same menu that you get when you right-click on yourself, rather than having to call up the character screen. The same for bridge officers -- right-click on an officer's portrait, get a menu to change visual settings.
The Maquis never had much of a uniform, but they did have a cool badge. If you're adding every other crazy badge to the game (e.g. Liberated Borg?) I'd like to see the Maquis included.
I have to say a shoulder patch might be a better spot for some of these strange badges. More the way baseball teams wear badges to commemorate things like a fallen comrade.
In an ideal world my crew would wear a fleet patch on one shoulder and badgers for personal causes (The Maquis, Liberated Borg, United Earth, etc) on the other shoulder.
Mind you I might buy the Maquis uniform if offered too.
Any chance of costumes for phasers? Nice to have the original phasers in the game, but I want my dual phaser pistols to look like the ones from Star Trek VI. We already have phasers that look the same and do different things. Can't we make that formal and let you pick a costume for your phaser pistol? Why should I allways have to deal with ugly phaser compression pistols. How hard could it be to have a store somewhere where I change the appearance of my pistols?
"The Cage" / "Where No Man Has Gone Before" Uniforms
More Uniform Variants and Rank Insignias for the TOS Movie uniforms seen in ST II to ST VII and several episodes of TNG ("Yesterday's Enterprise", "Family", "Tapestry", etc.)
Captain Kirk's Vest from Star Trek: Generations
TNG Seasons 1 - 2 Uniforms
TNG Seasons 1 - 7 Dress Uniforms
Baldric for Federation Klingons
Captain Picard's Vest from Star Trek: First Contact
Non-Commissioned Officers Rank Insignia as worn by O'Brien from DS9 Seasons 4 - 7
Provisional Officers Rank Insignia as worn by the Maquis in VOY Seasons 1 - 7
Admiral's Uniforms from TNG Season 1 through to Star Trek Nemesis
Starfleet Dress Uniforms from DS9 episode "You Are Cordially Invited" (slightly different from previous dress uniforms because of their quilted shoulders, gold around the sleve cuffs, and Federation belt)
I have two crews done tos style. It would be cool to have retro 1960's tricorder for science officers? You know slung over shoulder? Just hoping?
While they're at it, might as well add a TOS-era communicator, along with appropriate animation to replace any of the "commbadge" animations (like beaming up).

I will 2nd this one. Where are our TWOK ranks and for that matter what about TOS KDF ranks??
We absolutely need civilian/off duty clothing options for Klingons. I'm playing through "Bringing Down the House", and it struck me again -- why are the farmers on Sirella's plantation dressed as warriors? We've seen plenty of examples of Klingon civilians from TNG forward.
Skirt options for Klingon females. We'd be able to make something similiar to the "battle dresses" that Lursa and Betor wore by adding skirts to the "Uniform - Bare Chest" armors.
Female TOS Klingon uniform (as seen in "Day of the Dove"). There's no reason female Klingons should have to wear the male uniform.
There are a lot of posts so sorry if some of these have been mentioned before.
- MACO Uniform and Mirror MACO Uniform
- ENT Era Admiral with Dual Stripes. I think Admiral Forrest wore it once with a white and red stripe (could be mistaken though)
- Medical Overcoat
- The Civilian Uniforms you see on DS9 in-game
- Changeable pips. I'd like to be able to put regular pips on my ENT mirror uniform
- Maquis Pips from Voyager
- The ability to use Arm patches AND commbadges at the same time
- Arm patches for various ships.
- Registration number hats
- Ability to modify Special Boff costumes (Breen color change, Reman/EMH uniform change, Ambassador uniform change)
::-- Maybe even make Doff missions/regular missions where you can gain Holo-programming skills, a "special" tailor or something so you can alter these special Boff's
- Medals for your uniforms (possibly accolade medals) to show that you're a "decorated officer"
- Captain Data's uniform from the Abrams-verse prequel comic.
- Fishnet stockings for female characters...for some reason it seems like it'd fit with the mirror universe uniforms.
- Ship crew uniform customization
- More hair options...even the ability to change what side the hair parts on.
- I'd REALLY like to be able to choose Matte material with the Section 31 outfit.
:::EDIT:::
- Andorian Imperial Guard Uniforms (also like Andorian ships...but that's a different thread)
- Partially costume related...Civilian officers. It'd mostly be a clothing thing, you could let an officer wear casual wear. Maybe one of my Boff is a diplomat? Just a thought
- Fix the WoK ranking on Uniforms
- I think this might be costume...but a single species crew. I'd love to have a full Andorian (with a few Aenar) compliment.
- Head attach gear, but instead of the bulky visors, maybe a holographic visor for my characters face, similar to the graphics on the one Tactical ground ability?
:::EDIT 2.0:::
- Doff's appearing in the ship interior
- Maybe non-commissioned ranks for Boff's
- The Ability to set your colors for the crew. For example set Command as white, Engineering as Yellow...and when you go to the Tailor you can pick a color scheme without messing around on each area.
- The ability to save Character Face/Body features separately from uniforms.
- Two-tone or more for hair color

I'd like to see Aliengen(kdf side) get some of the options from say Orions or the other races with unique pieces.
So I could have an alien with say, the tattered orion top or orion arm bands/loincloth, or a male alien with Naus shoulders/chestplate. Also would like it if the claw hands option was available for female aliens.
Edit: Or, for fun, Federation jackets that look looted :P.
edit 2: thinking about it, if such options were available, it'd be nice to have skin patterns extend like trill ones do, instead of cutting off at the neck.
Can we have the rifle-slung-on-back look back again? It made a brief appearance on Tribble but never got pushed to holodeck. Make it an exclusive for Mark XII MACO if you need to but it was a cool option while it lasted...
Well, there are many things I would love to see and much was mentioned above. However, here are my main ones:
- More variations in Klingon male cloth, epscially robes
- More options for femaile Klingons (Lursa and B'Etor or Lady Grilka style)
- Why are there no boot options for Orions femails (a step between sandales and Klingon combat boots). Some NPCs have them in game (see DS9)
Compared to the Federation the Klingon faction races have still very limited options.

In addition to those I'd like to see B'Elanna's purple nightgown from VOY S5 episode Drone added.
I would like to see the "Bulky Tall" and "Bulky Tall 2" boots be availlable for women. I would also like for the "Bulky Tall" to be available with the "Loose Mid-Ankle" male pants.
The Vest that Picard wore in First Contact and Sisko wore a few times in DS9.
The Zip Turtleneck from the Next Generation Films uniform.
The Grey undershirt from Voyager and DS9
The TOS Season 2 Kirk Wraparound instead of the Season 1 version.
TNG Season 1-2 uniforms
TWOK/TSFS Security Uniforms
The Jackets used in "Shuttelpod One" in Enterprise
TWOK Uniforms Turtleneck
A couple more of the Alternate Uniforms from TMP
Amen to all those! Its been a long, long time since we've had new uniforms added. I think it is long overdue.
And just to reiterate...here's the list I posted several months back (minus some that I listed but have been added in the months that past)...

Make an additional Admiral's version of the TWOK Uniform that has a gold stripe on the coat flap edge.
Add the proper rank badges.
Also I would say go ahead and add the Yesterday's Enterprise variant....Without the turtleneck.....
More Off Duty options (male and female)
More matte/glossy versions of uniforms.
TNG Early uniforms.
Andorian Uniforms (male/female) like Shran and his crew wore in Ent.
Vulcan Uniform like Captain Sopek wore in Ent
...to go with my D'Kyr Vulcan science vessel and its all Vulcan crew.

But seriously...all kudos to cosplayers! That K'Ehleyr outfit is just another great example of what the fan can do.
