I am now beyond sure I don't always receive my monthly Lifetime Subscription-promised Zen. I contacted support...they told me, "Hey, well, at least you get it sometimes." I asked them to look over my account, track how much I've missed receiving, and to load me up. They told me, literally, that would be too hard, as in, would take someone a lot of time. Come on, man! It's something we Lifetime Subscribers are owed!
What recourse, if any, do I have here? Anyone have any thoughts?
