Can't re-install launcher

Howdy -

First time in my life I've had a drive die (Windows 11 PC) during gameplay last night. So I try to load the game on my laptop and can't get past the load screen (hangs on about 5% progress bar and stays there).

So I decide to install the launcher on another drive until I have enough time to pull the drive and see what I can get off of it. The launcher will not run on two different drives on the same cpu I get the attached error - anyone have a fix for this? Thanks

    You can only have 1 copy of the game launcher running at a time, even if they are running from different folders/drives.
    This is not uncommon behaviour for any program, not just the STO launcher.
