Keybinds for mini map menus

I've been playing with voice commands and I wanted to see if there was a keybind for beamup/depart system, there doesn't appear to be an option for it in options.

Update: I found one on Reddit, /bind F9 GenSendMessage Minimap_Ripcord_Button Clicked but how do I make it stick? I currently have to enter it everytime I launch the game.
