Yeah I can tell you that even if you purchase zen today like I made one purchase today and got confirmation email saying I made a purchase (the email from arc even has a transaction id) plus got an arc client message for it and it showed up in my purchases for my bank account phone app but the zen doesn't show up in game and the arc purchase history page says the purchase is pending. So something over there on their side is fudged.
Purchase actually showed up as complete after I checked the purchase history page a few mins ago. So the actual clearing of it took over an hour. So yeah if do you purchase zen at any time for the rest of the day or day after that look out because you might be able like I did but it'll take a bit for it to clear. 🤷♂️👍
The forum is taking multiple attempts to load. Links posted on the forum and on X are either producing 404 errors not loading or taking multiple attempts to load, the same with purchasing zen. It was brought to their attention via X but it's clear it has yet to be resolved. I have asked @baddmoonrizin to look into this.
They are aware of the issues and are working on it. Thank you.
