Crash processing complete error on every startup of STO

Error says it all, I pasted it into a paint pic but I get this error about 80% of the time I try to start STO, ever since the risa event started, and its gotten worst with the last windows 10 update and I'm not seeing it reported here, this is literally banning me from getting the daily done.

Thinking of ideas from lots of games for, dunno how long now.

    Have you tried starting in safe mode ?
