The Atlas was a Prototype Dreadnought Cruiser, and clearly was not considered a success, which explains why this style of ship wasn't seen again until the Command Dreadnoughts, which were based on the Atlas designs.
Still, it's a nice design, clearly from the Kelvin-timeline, and it would be great to have for customisation options.
Alas, I don't think we'd ever get it.

It's is not from the Kelvin Timeline if i remember correctly i dont know where exactly it came from but i do not believe it was of it is of the Kelvin Timeline
That looks like the Movie Era Aesthetics to me, for the pics posted.
Aye, it's clearly movie-era-style saucer, pylons and secondary hull -- but look at the nacelles!
Where else have we seen movie-era aesthetics with that style of nacelle?

Could still fall under TMP era as they were having to adapt those double nacelles. In this case the artist elected to not only continue with the "two nacelles, one housing" look of the TOS design and updated it. Not only that, they basically consolidated the ramscoops.
We have not seen TMP era Kelvin designs. If it was Kelvin it would be more white hull, more sweeping lines, oversized round nacelles that taper to smaller end on the back, probably with two, blue ramscoops each... basically take cues from the Kelvin Connie. Not TMP era designs. Any Kelvin TMP refits we have seen have all been fan designs, not official canon.
So... yea. I don't see how the nacelles alone make it Kelvin Timeline when everything screams TMP.

Judging from the look of it, it's kinda smaller than the Connie refit too.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.

Well, since we're now dealing in multiverses... they could just say that this version of the Atlas-class is from a universe where it was actually a huge success and was given a refit just like the Connies.
OR...
They could also say that they retrofitted the old Atlases after pulling them out of mothballs in the process of rebuilding the fleet after the Iconian War. (Especially since by then they have the technology to work out all the flaws.) After all the H-E-Double Hockey Sticks that had been breaking out over the course of just a few years, it's no surprise that the mothball fleet should be experiencing some considerable shrinkage.
The style cues are all definitely late 2200s on that ship. It looks like an attempt by Starfleet to put the stockpile of Constitution-Refit parts (after the class proved to be lackluster compared to the original class and was retired after only a few years) to use in a new ship(s) without simply surplusing them and eating the loss.
It is a Constitution-R saucer flipped upside down with the oversized impulse section of the Excelsior class replacing its smaller impulse deck and the "saucer"-attached struts say that it was probably designed to share a main hull with a light cruiser (perhaps to replace the Miranda class but didn't) without the secondary, and a battlecruiser/dreadnaught class with the secondary hull.
The nacelles themselves are just slightly modified Constitution-R nacelles with the armor baffles removed from the plasma bus chambers, a new Bussard design (the Edsel Ford style grill ones may have had trouble snuffling up enough hydrogen or something) that looks suspiciously like it could be an early proto-TNG Bussard without the permeable highlighter-pen style dome, and a few other minor differences. They even have the TMP "rudderboard" style intercoolers on the bottom rear of the nacelle.
At the time it was built it may have proved to be underpowered and slow, but otherwise a solid design, and ones pulled from the mothball yards or built new using structural parts abandoned in orbital junkyards or whatever could have that problem solved by more efficient 25th century techniques and parts.

I'd say the Vengeance is a Kelvin TMP Design. It has the rectangular nacelles and energy-style, non-dish deflector.
Well TECHNICALLY the Kelvin Connie's deflector dish is similar, just not enclosed.
Oh, sure, if you wanna get technical about it.
