Game 'hangs' at "cryptic" screen

My game hangs up at the "cryptic" window as the game is starting. This is only happening since the update on Thursday.
I tried starting frm the cryptic launcher and the .exe and it still hangs.
Any help with this?

    nvr mind. had to reboot pc apparently.
    Don't find where I can delete post.

    just ask a mod to close your thread just ask @darkbladejk @baddmoonrizin @rattler2 they will always oblige :smile:
