Various Issues with Storyline missions

Hi and greetings,

I have noticed severall issues with different storyline missions. In the Sphere of Influence line, where you have to solve the color puzzle in the first dyson sphere with Worf and company, the light puzzle is broken.
Continuing towards the Delta-Quadrant Storyline, in the mission where you help to establish the talaxian colony the radiation clouds aren't vissible only the mission markers are.
During the following mission "everything that glitters" it isn't possible to finish the scan of the disabled freighter after beaming the doctor on board.

It seems to me, that all those errors are connected.
What do you think?

It does seem likely, especially since in addition to those all of the floor traps like the electric ones in Dust to Dust and the plasma-fire hazards in the What Lies Beneath mission from the Spectres arc are also invisible.

My Klingon Recruit hadn't run that mission yet, so I gave it a shot.
I managed to complete the mission successfully.

There might be something unrelated affecting All that Glitters, and which doesn't affect all players. I know for a fact I ran that mission on at least one toon after the February 29 patch that broke Sphere of Influence, et al., and was also able to complete it successfully. I had completed it on my KDF recruit prior to the February 29 patch.
