Map transfer errors for Azure Nebula event mission?

Just asking if the game is having issues with map transfers? Played two missions tonight one time a player never moved to the mission map and a second time a player moved in about halfway through the mission.

    This is something which has occurred to me. I get the 'Map Transfer Failed' error message until I warp out or beam to my ship. Sometimes it takes the game a bit to place me into the Event TFO. Frustrating for others already playing the Event and myself.
    I've seen no pattern to the error and I've no idea what causes it.

    The same thing happens to me, though more during missions than TFOs. Sometimes it is so bad that every single map change during a mission results in getting dumped to the login screen, other times it just happens about once or twice out of every five or so. TFOs seem to do only a dump or two out of ten for me, but I have heard others have it the other way around.
