Arcgames billing and site gateway timeout 504 error negative impacts on in game performance

I recently tried to buy some zen during the sale but on anything I tried I got a gateway timeout 504 error. I submitted a ticket which took about 5 to 10 min to say ticket successfully submitted. Other in game zone chat confirmed they were getting the same issues.

I have to say this is not the first time I have had issues doing sale events and had missed out on some sales because the zen charge billing site was down or it said trouble getting bundle when selecting the amount of zen to buy on the website. I have also got where my order was stuck in transaction pending when I have been buying zen for about what 8 to 10 years or so.
