I'm not good at English, so I'm sorry if my sentences are hard to understand. (I am machine translating Japanese into English)
After the Both worlds update, my game, which used to be fine, freezes frequently.
TFO as well, but The Omega Particle minigame in particular is deadly, and I've never been able to play it completely during this event.
The issue still occurs after today's update.
I did not apply on-demand patching, and verified forced apply
Has anyone solved the problem?

This is a common issue that has been recently happening with others reporting delayed commands freezes and lag at random times. cryptic has yet to acknowledge the issue despite numerous complaints. I share this issue with you as it still happens a fair bit.
Same here. It started back in late November of 2023 and has been steadily getting worse since then. Since yesterday's server restart (Feb 8th) I have not even been able to complete the event because of the constant freezes and rubberbanding. Really annoying.
I provided the game capture video and traceroute to support and was offered the following solutions, none of which worked.
We checked your traceroute file and saw that your connection drops and fails before it reaches our server. Please try the following workarounds to see if this may fix your issue:
Try closing any and all third-party programs that are running in the background. Note that some, including Razer Chroma and Synapse may need to be fully uninstalled to resolve crashes. Those known to conflict with our titles include: RivaTuner Statistics Server, MSI Afterburner, Razer Chroma, Razer Synapse, AlienFX, Alienware Command Center, Alienware Gaming Monitor Control Center, Logitech Gaming Software, SteelSeries Engine 3 software, Nvidia Ansel, TeamViewer, Display Fusion, and Mumble.
Verify your game files by going into Options in the game launcher, checking the Force-Verify box, click Save, then let the verification process complete.
Click the Options and scroll down to "Gameplay proxy" and try switching between the options: 'None', 'US', and 'EU' to see which one works the best.
Set 'On-demand patching' to disabled, patch to the full version, and see if this resolves the issue.
Lower in-game graphical settings to the minimum level or try running the game in Safe Mode (if the crash is in-game). To run in Safe Mode, go to Options in the game launcher, check the Safe Mode option, and click Save.
Please make sure that the program is not blocked by any type of permission issue for admin, firewall settings, or anti-virus settings that may be preventing the program from making a connection to the Internet.
Try to run the game client as an administrator.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
If you are still experiencing connection issues, please try power cycling your router and modem, then run these commands, outlined in the Microsoft support article:
Try running these network commands to manually reset the TCP/IP stack, release and renew the IP address, and flush and reset the DNS client resolver cache:
In the search box on the taskbar, type Command prompt. The Command Prompt button will appear. To the right of it, select Run as administrator > Yes.
At the command prompt, run the following commands in the listed order, and then check to see if that fixes your connection problem:
Type netsh winsock reset and select Enter.
Type netsh int ip reset and select Enter.
Type ipconfig /release and select Enter.
Type ipconfig /renew and select Enter.
Type ipconfig /flushdns and select Enter.
If the issues persist, you may need to contact your ISP directly. It may just be due to a general internet outage somewhere between your ISP and our data center. Unfortunately we have no control over that.
Same thing happens to me, it started shortly before the Both Worlds update. It makes the game unplayable.
I'm sure the problem is not on my side. All the other MMO games work fine. It's not a connection issue. I reinstalled the game. I even reinstalled Windows and nothing helped. It's still happening. There is no hardware issue either, no malware. The error is clearly on the side of either Arc or STO.
