Hi
Has any does one else, while playing star trek online, get crashes to a blue screen and then reboots their PC?
Using Star trek Online via Epic and on windows 11. ticket No 1006280.
I have not heard anyone else reporting this in game. However Bluescreens typically indicate a hardware or software issue. Sometimes its a miss-behaving driver and sometimes hardware.
Since you are telling me its restarting means you have not turned auto restart off so unless you can tell us what the bluescreen error was going to be hard or perhaps impossible to fix.
most common bluescreens result from
Bad ram aka memory
Bad GPU aka graphics processor
Hardware drivers that are unstable from bugs
Bad Storage devices
Lastly Bad PSU aka power supply
and even more rarely bad CPU usually the result of overclocking
