Not connecting to server

I am having trouble logging into arcgames to bring up the game. I get a box saying connecting to my account then after a wait then I get a box saying could not connect to the Arc network. As an aside this is not the only issue I am having I also have steam and I am getting an error 105 there. I've already tried restarting my PC and router and I even flushed my DNS no change. As you can see I can access the internet otherwise.

You can start the game by directly clicking on startrekonline.exe in your games folder. You do not need Arc or Steam to play this game.

Steam errors go to Steam to solve.
