cant make a ticket

in Windows and General: PC, Network, and Other Technical Issues
I have a new email adres and the messages to me, are sent to my old email adres witch i can not enter anymore
i try to make a ticket but i wont do the job

pls help

    support will normally ask you to submit a bug report here on the forum.

    Aye, but a ticket is needed first.

    I guess you'll have to register a new account and then make a ticket asking Support to change the email address on your old account.
    They'll likely have some identity verification procedure for you to follow so they can be sure you really are the account owner - and it'll probably be annoying as hell!
