random client crashing

my client keeps crashing randomly after this new patch
I'm mostly not doing anything when it happens

    Still freezing and crashing!
    231016 03:25:21    450 Client[5498485]: Client Multiplexer told us we have been disconnected from our gameserver for transfer
231016 03:25:21    451 Client[5498485]: GameServer link attempting connect to clientMultiplexer (208.95.184.113:7010).
231016 03:28:18    452 Client[5498485]: GameServer link unresponsive for more than 5 seconds.
231016 03:28:48    453 Client[5498485]: Client Multiplexer told us we have been disconnected from our gameserver for transfer
231016 03:28:48    454 Client[5498485]: GameServer link attempting connect to clientMultiplexer (208.95.184.113:7010).
231016 03:30:15    455 Client[5498485]: GameServer link unresponsive for more than 5 seconds.
231016 03:30:46    456 Client[5498485]: Client Multiplexer told us we have been disconnected from our gameserver for transfer
