Constant SNR/Disconnects

I recently upgraded my home internet to 1GB fibre broadband, and ever since the upgrade STO has been basically unplayable for me - constant 'server not responding' messages, disconnects, rubberbanding, the whole package.

My husband also plays, and is connected to the same network in exactly the same way, yet he has none of these issues and my problems are the same whether he is playing or not.

The weird thing is I play a lot of online games and this only affects STO, and only since we got the improved internet connection.

I know the above doesn't make any logical sense, but does anyone have any ideas on what I can try?

    I ran a trace via the command prompt, and these were the results:
