The mission on Risa will not show the courses and when the mission time runs out and you return the event giver it will not clear. Says you already have the mission and you can't drop it.
The bank is also locked it seems can't save credits to the account bank.

Ever since the july 6th patch I have had the following issues:
-Endeavours not resetting daily.
-unable to add items to account bank
-unable to send items through mail
-"flying high" mission on Risa is bugged
-not getting event progress but an item in my inventory
It sounds very much like each patch is somehow randomly 'disconnecting' game accounts from the actual game. You can still play, but nothing you do is permanently recorded.
It's not the first time this sort of thing has happened and I quote my response from earlier in this thread:
We've seen this issue before when the game account stops responding to the actions of the player.
We don't know what causes it, but the next patch usually knocks everything back into place.
We also found that those previously affected experienced a fix, of sorts, at the next patch and they were able to proceed properly.
I cannot stress how important it is for one and all experiencing this sort of issue to head over to customer support (link at the top of the page) and let them know that this is happening. Don't ever feel that you must be the only one because the more 'noise' we make about serious issues like this, the more likely it will be that they'll hopefully consider extending the current Event a bit too allow for lost progress.

I would also like to add the Horga'hn mission will NOT complete either.
