This morning I logged on to do my Risa daily event. My time counter had reset to 0 for the day, so I did the artifact scavenger hunt. Upon completion, I did not receive a progress token. Thinking it odd, I decided to do flying high and see if it would happen again. I accepted the mission and activated my floater. The mission timer started counting down, but no flight paths showed up. I tried to drop the mission and was not able to do so. So, I waited the 10 minutes for the mission to fail. I still was unable to drop the mission. I returned to the event coordinator and attempted to restart the failed mission and it says "You already have mission "flying high"". So, I'm unable to complete this mission or even drop it.
Risa is currently bugged and I have no way to fix this on my end!

No dice, everything force verified, drivers up to date, reset the PC... problem persists.
I guess I'll need to try uninstalling the whole thing and reinstalling.

We've also seen this issue before when the game account stops responding to the actions of the player.
We don't know what causes it, but the next patch usually knocks everything back into place.
Good to know that similar problems in the past have been resolved by the weekly patch. It won't be too much longer before the next one.

I also noticed that my personal endeavor timer is now at negative (-) and still counting down.
I just logged in today to check the status and it's still the same.
I'd started the request #929742, situation is quite strange. I'd tried to complete daily event part there were active tusk "Hurgon collection", and when I completed it - game shows the dialog that I'd failed (timed out, but by the active info and timeout values I had about 2 minutes more for completing) therefore now I had an issue for entire account - I can't complete task "Flying High" - not showing up the "roads" aka flying trajectories that I should repeat and with no reason - I can't restart the mission - it's deadly stucked and I can't complete it, restart or even drop it to reassign again.
Tried next steps to solve it:
Relogin into the game - no luck; Switching instances - no luck; use other characters - same no luck; I even validated game files for sure (but that's to the developers they had done awesome job and last 4 years for sure I had no such issues like right now). As result on entire account on any character now I can get to the Risa, start mission "Flying High" and no routes appearing. Basically I have no idea how to complete it, after the time out - no way to restart and reassign it.
That situation is appeared only for one my account, on other one - I have no problem with events or something.

I'm already missed 3 days because of this problem simply said - even on this account been f****ed up for me; I'm actually from Russia and I can't buyout the event thanks to glossy us (states) government.

I've had the same error yesterday. Here's another symptom that I've experienced: I am unable to use my Account Bank. Are you able to take things out and put things into your Account Bank? Were you also able to do the Universal Endeavor yesterday?
I only wish they can resolve this quickly. Two days of daily progress not being counted so far! Hopefully it can be retroactively credited once this has all been fixed.
As stated in that thread by @inferiority this has happened before, and usually the next patch will fix the issue.
@baddmoonrizin merging the two threads might be simpler.
Same, can't complete endavors either. Basically I'm completely bugged out of making progress on anything.

They won't be able to give 'affected' players anything without crediting everyone in the game, and that would only be by way of extending the event. For endeavours, there's an absolute zero chance of anything, because Cryptic wouldn't reasonably be able to tell who was and was not affected, and 6 people does not constitute a large enough proportion of the game population. Unless it is something catastrophic, such as no-one being able to play, Cryptic does not give out compensation.
It's unlikely that they will extend the event, seeing as even if someone started today they could finish getting the ship. In the end you'll just be shorted 3 days worth of bonus dilithium as long as the game doesn't bug out again.
I really am glad it's working fine again. I understand the point about endeavors, but there should be some exception for limited time events. I wouldn't consider 6 affected accounts minimal amount of the population. who knows how many more did not post here; and besides, looking at forum history, this issue happened before, who's to say it won't again. I hope the solution is not always, "oh, you're out of luck until the next maintenance patch".

But those of us that were affected are still being punished for something that was out of our control. Not having progress for those 3 missing days because something affected our accounts that was totally out of our hands, just doesn't sit right with me. Again, this is punishing the player for something that the player didn't do.
