cryptic game launcher loading very slowly

hi!

like the title says... I can't even get to the point where the "play" button appears, so I'm unable to launch the game. 24 hours ago I had no problems, now only thing I get is "loading. please wait...". Are there any known issues?

edit: and now the launcher crashed. id: 556a91

    It's the same for me. Played 10hrs ago without any prolems. Now i can't even start the game.

    This was probably just a server issue at the time. It appears fine now.

    I can't even get into the launcher most of the time since yesterday's patch here with the STO launcher and when I get the launcher to start randomly after over 10 tries, it just says "Loading, please wait" for hours or it crashes at so me point. I can't get into the game to play and do the event/campaign. :(
