Arc Game Launcher Broken

I reformatted my computer recently and when I downloaded Arc and installed it, the launcher will not execute whenever I try to start it up. Additionally, tryring to use the repair utility results in an error stating it cannot start.

Does anyone have any idea what may be happening?

When installing the arc launcher, have you tried right clicking and running as administrator for the initial set up ?

I uninstalled and tried installing as administrator, but it has the same result. Opening Arc as Administrator doesn't seem to help either. Having the task manager open while trying to start up Arc shows that the process activates and is in the background for about a minute before self-terminating.
