Loading screen freeze

On map change my loading screen stops at around 40% this has only started happening since the last update...

    1. Is your graphics driver up to date?
    2. Ensure on demand patching is turned OFF.
    3. Force verify.
    4. Restart your router and clear out cache and cookies.

    happens to me again...already force verify and turn off on demand patching

    guess my ISP is acting up again
