Been having occasional lighting issues in Q's Winter Wonderland. It seems to be the same issue that has been popping up for the past few months on Nimbus with the same quick fix solution: turning Lighting 2.0 off and then back on. Pretty sure it isn't just me since I've seen the Nimbus issue occurring on streams and seen the Q's Winter Wonderland lighting issue in some screenshots on twitter.
Got a pic of before and after turning Lighting 2.0 off and back on.

Is there a more permanent fix or recommended settings for the graphics card driver itself (GTX 750 TI)? Is this another case of requirements creep?
I have been seeing it too. It is probably not requirements creep, I have an Nvidia 1060 which is teetering on the edge of outdated but not quite there yet (and according to Steam it is the most used card at the moment).
The above is a test, I took a snapshot of one of my...recordings... and applied a multiply filter to the right side in Photoshop, look familiar? It's calculating a zoned off section and layering it on top of itself which causes it to double the lighting effect thus causing the error.
