Unable to connect to Patch Server

I was playing yesterday (11/21) and logged off for a few minutes. When I tried to log back on I received an error message that said I could not connect to the Patch Server. The game will try 5x then I get the error. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, downloaded Steam and tried it from there, submitted a ticket, called my ISP, checked my firewall settings, everything I could think of and no luck. Has anyone encountered this, and if so, any solutions / work arounds? Its really frustrating, and I'm not an IT guy, so I am unsure what else to do / look at. Any direction would be greatly helpful.
