tier 6 reputation- cannot buy elite marks - PC

I cannot buy the borg implants I need to get the omega gear. I have plenty of regular marks but i cannot buy any elite under the upgrades like you can t1-5. this is.. TRIBBLE. all tiers should be able to buy the marksnjfwjl0bnnb8.jpg

    Elite Marks for any reputation are purchased from the "Upgrade" slot in the Reputation interface.
    The project can only be run once each day.
    From your screenshot, I'd say you've already run the project for today.

    When you tried buying marks, had you bought an elite mark earlier that day? if so that's why you're locked out. You can only buy one elite mark per day, the rest you have to earn.
