Just came back....several serious issues.

Hey all, so I'm a LTS on Xbox. I came back and have three major issues that I'd like to have looked at please.

1. I've bought 2 Gorn VR Eng Boffs and after placing them in my crew, they've both turned blue. The first time, meh I thought I was focused on the skills and missed a blue sneaking in...nope...I got a second, being extra careful...and poof.

2. After this...I started looking around. And my Room Legendary Cap bundle is gone. I bought it when it came out for half price, and the ship...if definitely missing. Toon is still 65....but I don't have any of the stuff anymore and the store has it open for purchase?

3. As a lifer, it says....we get "Priority Login". Yesterday alone...I got bounced while waiting for my ground mission to load, or the reverse, 9 times.

I started with a base account when Atari launched...even had the Taco Bell promo and all the little do dads. I switched to console after being gone for years because of all the grief back then. I'm glad I came back... really....but this is basic gameplay and cash purchase that went missing. Help...please.

i can answer 2 of those questions. the max lvl gorn is blue rare not purple VR, the VR being the bug. gorn have 3 required traits, none of which are superior thus not being able to be VR because they have to have 2 superior traits. as for priority login, it doesn`t stop the present problems that console is suffering through. ever since the heart of the storm update all consoles have had major issues with lag and rubberbanding, as well as constant disconnects which you seem to be suffering with. don`t expect it to be fixed as they`ve largely ignored the problem for months after a few half hearted inquiries early on. so you may get priority login but it won`t help when you get booted from the game. and for your missing bundle, i`m afraid i can`t help with that.

Probably worth submitting a Support Ticket over the disappearance of your Legendary Captain bundle.

My thinking is the whole 'priority login' thing has always been just buzz words to help sell the Lifetime Subscription, but it doesn't have any real function. I've never seen it make any difference to my logging in since buying the LTS three years ago.

Most likely, priority login does nothing to keep you from getting dumped, usually what it does is when there is a line waiting to get into the game you go to the head of the line automatically. It was probably important when the game was relatively new, especially during the traffic jams caused by events, the game restarting after maintenance, etc., but is probably not worth much now that the population is smaller and events are pretty much everyday things.

Gorn Boffs have been broken since the very beginning of the game. When commissioned, a purple Very Rare Gorn Boff will always revert to blue Rare quality because they only ever have just one Superior trait.

The problem is none of the Gorn’s species traits have a superior version so they all get reduced to rare when they are commissioned. It has been like that forever and has never been fixed in the game’s history (although the Boff upgrade system would have been a great time to fix it, wouldn’t it? )
