It's a little unclear which bit is the bug the lack of damage boost or the incorrect symbol saying there is a boost. The trait says the first hangar pet launched gains a damage boost it is not clear if this is first pet launched per bay or just first pet launched. When we launch hangar bay 1 the first pet has the Independent Wingmate buff symbol. When we lunch hangar bay 2 the first pet also has the Independent Wingmate buff symbol. While the first pet of both bays gets the Independent Wingmate buff symbol only one of them is getting the damage boost and resistance boost while the other is getting no boost.
Personally, I really hope it's meant to be the first pet of both bays as this will revitalise frigates and makes them worth using. If it's only 1 bay that turns the trait from a good trait to a barely average trait. Please consider fixing it so the first pet of both bays gets the buff as this is the type of change Carrier are desperate for. If it is meant to be 1 pet from 1 bay only then could the text be made clearer that the 2nd bay is not buffed and the buff symbol needs removing from the 2nd bay.
Kind of related to this as its carrier themed. The trait Friends in Unusual Places is still 100% broken. The text on the trait is completely different to the text power in the blog about the trait. The trait itself appears to do nothing. It doesn't do what the blog says or the trait itself says. Nothing happens.

What the issue is: Fitted trait Friends in Unusual Places and nothing happens to cooldown. Fitted trait Independent Wingmate. Launched hangar bay 1 and hangar bay 2 the first pet in both bays gets the Independent Wingmate buff symbol but the buff is only working for 1 bay while the other bay has the buff symbol but gains no buff bonus.
What steps you already tried when attempting to resolve your issue: Tried different pets, different ships, different maps asked other players who had the same bug.

EDITR: Fixed again. Changing ships didn't work at first, though on my 4th change ship and slotting the trait in now it works again. I am puzzled by this.
Please pass on this feedback. With the buff working for the first pet per bay we have found Wingmate has revitalised frigates and made them fun and worthwhile to use again. With this buff working for both bays Frigates are no longer miles behind Fighters. After the fix please consider making this a buff for the first pet for both bays as its one of the most positive and fun features to be added for Carrier pilots in a long time. Although I understand if it's fixed to 1 bay.
EDIT: Now it's back to broken again after a map move. It's not practical to blow up the frigates every map just to get them working.
