I don't like that map due to the fact the gravity well itself effects only the players and not the enemy or anything else at all which isn't really far if you ask me also it is a boring TFO to me go gather return blow everything up the rest of the team ignores and so forth.
If you're talking about Gravity Kills... I'd have to agree that making it only affect player stuff was a bit unfair. When it first came out even the enemy ships were subject to the pull, which actually allowed for very creative tactics in dealing with the Tzenkethi ships. People started using knockbacks to force them into the Black Hole. People got creative.
Gravity Kills sounds like it would be kinda fun actually, and a very beautiful zone to boot, but I absolutely agree that the black hole should affect everyone equally. That's what black holes do after all. However, because I am sorta new and all, I have yet to do it as I don't want to TRIBBLE anyone up in the TF and get them killed by mistake for some dumbass thing I did or didn't do. Still, it would be nice if they made the black hole affect everyone as it should.

Peace...
You can't actually kill other people there. Outside of PvP (and even in PvP in many cases ) it's very hard to kill other players at all in this game.
If you're going to play it, you may want to get some speed boosts like emergency power to engines, engine batteries or a conn officer that helps you reduce the cooldown on evasive maneuvres.
Those are cheap ways to have emergency escapes if you get too close (i.e., a couple of kilometres behind the Tzenkethi stations). And they're useful in the mission anyway.

Would encourage you to jump right in to random TFO's as soon as you can. It's really a learn as you go sort of thing with nothing on normal or advanced difficulty having a hard fail except for that one Tzenkethi map in which billions die if you don't get things right not to mention your team mates looking on in shocked silence.
It's not like you'll end up in a Borg ground queue very often in which players drag their injury ridden carcasses characters around in futility until they finally give up after dying repeatedly because they got mobbed by seemingly invincible Borg tactical drones while lost in a catacomb of tunnels and hallways.
Most of the maps are actually very pretty and just take a little practice
