Running multiple accounts on one PC

I don't want to violate the ToS so I'm here asking a question. I have a teenager in the house that also wants to play the game but there is only one PC in the house that can handle it. How do I avoid any ToS issues? Is it as simple as him creating his own account under his own email and using the same Arc Client? Or is there something more that needs to be done?

I am not Cryptic but if your teen is playing Star Trek Online on the computer, creates his own account under his own email and uses the same Arc client or STO launcher, he should be fine. I don't think he would be violating the terms of service by doing so.
