What is this things point other than to frustrate players. I am logged in on ARC, I am wanting to buy zen everything is fine my end yet the transfer is not working so I go to support and it asks me to log in again. I do so and it wants me to put in an arc defender code, it has now been over 30 mins and no code has been sent to my e-mail this is highly frustrating how can I actually raise a ticket if I cannot get into support!!!
