So i come back from a long break from playing this game. Only to reinstall on steam and login and find i can faced with this and am unable to get past it no matter what i do. i cant change it on arc and i have changed my password and nothing. it keeps asking my for a 5- digit code to continue unable to attain it. i try to try to request it and its suppose to go to the very same email the arc is on and yet i do not receive any code. So atm i am very frustrated as i have a maxed out Fed and a bunch of other higher lvl toons and i will be extremely upset if this is all lost due to cryptic.. any suggestions??

    I have the same damn problem, it's frustrating.

    Nobody has any helpful suggestions on this here on the forums? I did submit a ticket to.
