Holographic Bridge Officer - Geordi La Forge Item Requirements not met

I've been instructed by GM Uzul to place this bug report who said he would escalate this issue. So I'm submitted this as instructed. Included our correspondence as it has the relevant information.

I claimed the Holographic Engineering Officer - Geordi La Forge From the Ultra Rare Phoenix Prices. It keeps telling me [Inventory]You do not meet the requirements for this item.

Why would this be? I even tried discharging Holo Marshal Janeway and reusing him and still says the same thing.

Just a heads up, posting private correspondence on the public forums is not allowed, even if it does have relevant information. Security risk and all that as it might have private information that could compromise an account.
Advice for the future: Just state the relevant information in your post yourself in your own words rather than posting private correspondence.

That being said... This sounds like a serious bug that could prevent people from using that BOff. The GM was right to direct you to post here though. Please post any relevant information that was unfortunately redacted due to being in private correspondence. In the meantime I'll pass this up the chain to the CM as well for greater visibility.

I guess I also wanted to show that this is being looked into as an issue instead of just chalking it up to Romulans characters should not have this. Maybe that is the case or maybe not. My conversationsin the case have led me to believe this is being looked into and that it's not simply it's not for Romulans is the answer. This has been stated in another post. But I guess out of hope, it sounds like my case is being looked into and it sounds like a possibility of Geordi being accessible to Fed Aligned Romulans, and possible other Fed Aligned playable races.

So thank you for taking the time to look into this more fully like you are.

I have the same issue with my Fed aligned Romulan. I was also advised to make a thread here, but since this already exists I just added mu comment here.

Holo-Geordi is a Federation-only bridge officer and cannot be opened by Federation-aligned Romulan Republic or Dominion characters.
However, other items that are restricted in this manner cannot be bought by RR/D characters, and someone overlooked that 'setting' when he was added to the Phoenix Box.
