Toy Rocket (and other First Contact Day rewards) Not Account-Wide Reclaims?

So I take it the Launch Toy Rocket non-combat pet is only for 1 character PER EVENT; not claimable with every one of my characters on my account?

*Edit: I wasn't too sure if I was supposed to post this HERE or in the Gameplay Bug Report section.

You should be able to reclaim it from the "Ground" section of the Event Reclaim, but it may not show up if a character already has it in their bank/inventory.

Before I move this, I'd like to confirm which platform this is on, and if this is just a case of didn't check somewhere as mentioned above.

If what you say is true, then please let me know which platform you are on so that I may move this to the appropriate bug section. If not... I will close on request as the situation will have been resolved.

I claimed it with my KDF Delta Recruit. I then switched to another character (my oldest Romulan character), and I saw that the Toy Rocket was NOT in the Ground Section of the Event Reclaim.

Not there. The A600 is, but not the toy rocket or the holo projector for shuttles

Definitely not there for me.

Looking at the event rewards, there are 4 items that are listed:
-Synth Android (A600 Series)
-Launch Toy Rocket
-Holo Emitter - Phoenix Shuttle
-Captain Specialization Point (1x)

I can see the Synth Android on the Reclaim window, but what other items from the First Contact Day Event rewards are SUPPOSED to be on the Reclaim window?
