Why does this keep happening over and over and over and over. Since the new update I can rarely log in

    Besides never moving my computer I keep getting a security question and can never log into the game.
    I only get halfway in. Just keep getting this over and over forever.

    Just responded to my report to support... my connection is good, low ping, 30+mbps download etc; I can go anywhere watch double HD online except getting into STO; flushed DNS, renew IP, restart modem~ not-a-single-thing-works

    Only thing I have not try is to reinstall, which the last time something similar happens it somehow worked and connection was smooth again. FIX YOUR SERVER Cryptic
