I was actually talking about this bundle with my fleet today in chat, and many of us agree, if they add the legendary engle with SAD, a bunch of us will buy this bundle, if it doesn't most of us will pass. No idea if the people that make decisions are reading this thread but there is like a guarantee 20 sales with the engle with SAD. We will see what happens.

Personally, I don't care about the SAD trait. If it doesn't have the Mirror Constitution, it's probably going to be a hard pass for me.

I already have a legendary intrepid, was looking for something different. I guess 2 sci ships in the bundle is asking for too much though. Still can't complain much. Happy with the Engle

Mostly meant that ship as the tier 5 ones don't really count, its only change was the specialization, and no new trait. my expectation is juggernaught oddy, warship voyager, battlecruiser or just a intel defiant? Somerville scout ship? Engle is going to be the same.
My worry is they will just mostly be spec switched, with no new traits.
Considering the legendary intrepid which was based on the warship version hardly had any tac ability to it not to mention lacked one tac slot over the original sci version, the new version would have to be closer to the voyager J in setup.
I would personally be very happy if it's still a sci ship, but has a LtCommander level Tac
Personally I'd rather have something with more weapons slots. Don't get me wrong I enjoy playing Science, but the aesthetics of the Warship design just beg for a good energy weapon layout imo. Science Destroyer would probably be the best option to make everyone happy.

And yet, none of the traits from the newest Mudd bundle have been nerfed, or the Kelvin bundle. And neither have any of the once lockbox-exclusive traits on any of the 10th anniversary ships. So it seems you're suffering selective bias.
So because there are examples of times when it didn't happen.. that invalidates the times when it did happen?
It's obviously not guaranteed, it's a possibility. You can point out times it didn't happen, I can point out times it did, I still stand by my opinion that caution should be used when buying just to get the powerful trait.

Completely possible but this possibility always exists with every trait and gear piece in the game.
Really, SAD is a nice sweetener. But it's just a sweetener. I failed to mention that I do like the Mirror Engle as a whole. It's good ship. I also love the experimental weapon it comes with so that's a plus for me as well. But the main draw so far is the mirror Galaxy. Can't wait to see the stats.

Why would they nerf it. It's weaker then Coldhearted. I don't see any reason and pets who did do massive damage with SAD have been nerfed a long time ago...

Between its stacking (when multiple peeps in team have it) and it’s use for hangar pets I’d clearly would claim SAD to be superior to Cold Hearted but each to his own.
Yea the timing of its acc wide release together with the new hot Focussed Assault pets from the 12th anniversary event ship makes for a classic „bait and nerf“ cryptic move. Sea is right there to make peeps aware.
I don’t care about it and will probably get the pack anyway. Then again I’m not exactly the reference with the tens of thousands of zen I get every year from f2p.

Personally i think the Styx would be far more interesting and it has excellent seating for a Torpedo/Mine build.
When info finally arrives then i will see if it is sufficient to temp me, but for now it doesn't appeal.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

I think they're just teasing them on Twitter for now; they'll put it on the website when they announce the release date for the thing, I'd think. Keeping an eye on it on Sundays, in the meantime...
Kael just dropped on the stream: Non-Legendary, and all but the Lockbox ship available will be available separately as standard C-Store. New consoles and traits for them (but none of the old included, unlike Lego.) Bundle price and final ships to be announced Sunday.
