The updates that were meant to go live to the Exchange today seem to not be working correctly. We're looking into it, and hope to have some answers soon, although fixes may not go live without additional maintenance. Thanks for your patience.
Update on this: It appears that the Exchange is currently working exactly as it did before, so if you sell something and the EC would take you over the EC cap, you will not recieve the EC. We'll hopefully have this fixed next week or the week after.
There's definitely issues logging into STO via Steam today. We're not sure what the cause is, looking into it. In the meantime, the exe file in program Files/Steamapps/common/Star Trek Online should work.

Captains, there is an issue with the Borg Tesseract event, and to solve it we are briefly turning off the ability to earn bonus Dilithium from the event. This will be fixed in an maintenance soon, at which point we'll turn bonus Dil back on.
To further clarify, none of the teams at Cryptic have changed at this time.

There's a very rare bug where a player's ship can be completely replaced by the wrong ship. If you encounter this bug, put the ship into drydock, take it out, and it should be fixed. If that doesn't work, please contact support.
In about one hour, The Spawnmother is planning on eating the PC servers. Luckily, we're prepared, and she'll have to spit them out moments later. Also, the TFOs that make up The Feast should reward the correct event choice of marks afterwards.
