Why am I redownloading the game?

So, was out of town for a couple of days...and on attempting login today, I am prompted to "download" the entire game into the same directory where it is already installed....

This has happened a couple of times before.....is this normal? Or do I have a setting out of whack someplace?

    I know this post is a month old but I just had the same issue today. I don't know if it's an update that caused it or what but it's annoying.
