PC Not Loading - Black screen with blue circle spinning

Hello everyone. I am confused as heck on this one. Every time I try to log into STO, it takes me to where the normal login screen would be but instead of the title screen, all I see is a black screen with the blue "thinking / busy" circle spinning.
I have a new laptop, specifically an Alienware M17 R4 running an Intel i7 - 10870H, 16 Gig ram, 3 TB of storage (Drive 1 - 1 TB, Drive 2 - 2 TB), Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070, Windows 11 Home.
The game did work about two weeks ago when I first bought my new laptop and installed it. Now it doesn't work. I can't seem to figure this out. I have tried uninstalling the game, running in administrator mode, nothing seems to work.
Any thoughts???
