Uninstall Via Steam

I removed STO from Steam and reinstalled via Arc. However, the Steam Uninstall left a 54GB STO folder under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common. Any idea how I can remove this? I didn't want to just delete it in fear it may cause issues.

    It's safe to delete, as Steam is responsible for setting/removing registry values and creating/removing desktop shortcuts and the like. Deleting it won't cause issues with Steam if you've done the uninstall process, since the underlying issue here is that STO doesn't update via Steam and so consequently the Steam uninstall process only removes the files that it's directly responsible for.
