Mail not working

Hey I need help mail is not working my friend he trying sent me STO items he don't needed we trying mail my friend restart my Xbox i still I don't have it new mail but I don't see it please help me

    Hey. First of all this is bug reports for PC players not Console.

    It might sound like a silly question but are you both playing on Xbox or is your friend on PC? I only ask as IIRC STO isnt cross platform so cant transfer things, mail etc between PC and Console.

    I only play on PC so if its a console related problem then maybe its worth putting something in bug reports there or put a ticket into support (If it can be done on console of course)

    1. your mailbox is full and he did not receive an error message saying unable to send because full. it only takes about 100 or so emails to fill up, so delete the old stuff and useless stuff. if the item did send it is likely in limbo and you will need to clear out old mail and it should show up immediately, if not try logging out and back in. Also the box may not be full on that particular character, generally all mail shows up in the same place, exchange mail does not, so if you have a specific exchange/trade character, that one is likely the one causing your problem. This is really the only thing that could be causing your problem. If this does not fix it let us know.

    2. Your friend is playing ferengi and he lied to you.

    3. a technical issue beyond my comprehension. create a ticket.
