Dilithium Discount Bug

On July 2nd, I purchased 7 Vanity Shield form Dilithium store and each of them cost me 280 000 Dilithium by character Janna@airicemoon. After that I figured out that I didn't get any Dilithium discounts. However my other characters did have the discount as normal.

Cause there it said everything will be 20% off in the Dilithium Store, and yet the reality is it wasn't. What most received was the 4%, 5%, and 6% Discount that stacks from Fleet Dilithium Mine only.
Perhaps the DEV who worked on this, hadn't been aware or forget, that first it applies the Fleet Discount from Fleet Dilithium Mine that stacks with Dilithium Store. Here the only exception for that is Phoenix Packs are excluded from that Discount for obvious reasons; yet everything else gets a further 4%, 5%, and 6% up to a total of 15% depending if the Fleet Mine is Tier 1/2/3.
So I also never saw the 20% off sale, only saw it listed at 15% less which was from the Fleet Dilithium Mine.
I'll ping the CM @ambassadorkael#6946 so he can at least advise his team. Still I think the best we'll see was the 280,000 price (which remained till at least Thursday) patch before the update. I would only suspect in future this asking Price will likely increase in future, especially if they offer both discounts together!
It's in fact why I suggested a new Vendor at Drozanna, a Ferengi Business Woman in few other threads to offer a few items for GPL/DIL, as she might not honor the Fleet Dilthium Discount! Yet maybe every 3 months or so offers a slight discount herself, with our first new weekend event in a long time.
So I suspect that was an oversight on some level...
