Purchasing ship through ARC app on Xbox does not give ship in-game

I finally earned enough ARC points to redeem for the Kobali Samsar Cruiser (9000 ARC points). I redeemed it through the ARC app on my Xbox. When I went back into the game to see if it was in my inventory of any of my characters it was not. I went to the Event tab/Reclaim Reward tab/Ship tab to see if I could add it there. It was not highlighted. How do I go about getting this item into my inventory??
