I remember in the later part of last year (December) I think the @ambassadorkael#6946 committed to producing a Roadmap (sometime) in the New Year. Seeing something in the month or two ahead would be nice!
All we've learned is tidbit's or subtle hints... of what's coming from DEVs from their twitch or twitter feeds.

Thank you...yes I missed those but it is overdue since 2019.

There's no Roadmap for obvious reasons, and all their plans were either delayed or kyboshed. Be patient! If they put out a roadmap in 2020/21, folk would be pulling out their pitch-forks because they didn't stick to it.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.

Yeah 3 yrs is not enough and let's wait for another 3. Not a matter of being patient just asking that's all.
Yea, perhaps the Klingon update is starting earlier than we perhaps thought?
Still getting back onto topic of the Roadmap. So I just wanted to share this, as it's the only real tidbits players have pieced together from various tweets, or references by DEVs over the last few months eluded to above.

You do realize that world wide pandemic threw a massive wrench to what ever internal plans Cryptic had and thus we have no roadmap at the moment as Cryptic themselves aren't sure what they're capable of doing and with what timetable.
The team at Cryptic is so small that a single person getting sick enough to not be able to work will delay stuff and thus any public roadmap would be worse then pointless since it's subject to massive changes at moment's notice currently (obviously there's an internal roadmap/plan they're not showing us, but that's most likely "what the plan is in an optimal situation" since Cryptic employers aren't gonna rage if said roadmap changes).
We live currently at highly abnormal situation and assuming things will work as they do when things are normal is naive at best.

It is actually naïve to think things will always be "abnormal" .
As others pointed out the lapse was way before the pandemic since mid 2019. Three year later and we are still using before/after excuses? Perhaps we continue to use the same say another 10 yrs?
I get it and people are working from home more than ever. It is the new norm and a way of life.
If one wants to be naïve and think the moon is made up of cheese to each it's own. Just truly honestly looking for an update of what's to come....is that a crime to ask now?

It is naive to think we would be in "abnormal" (as you call it) situation forever. Most of us (including me) are working from home. This is a new normal.
I'm just asking for an update that's all. I don't get it why that cannot be asked or people can't respond in a nice respectful way without the hostility for just asking a question.
The only notable comments from the Staff as far as future plans go were:
Possibly completing the Mirror Arc they started with Mirror Leeta after the Klingon revamp and arcs.
Currently working with CBS on Discovery-related plotlines they can use for new story arcs because they had no other arcs in the works after the Mirror-Verse.
Currently working with CBS on Discovery-related plotlines they can use for new story arcs because they had only 2-3 more original story arcs in planning, with the Mirrorverse being one of them.
Temporal Recruitment Re-Run.
Slow but steady updating of interior sets for old missions; some related to the Temporal Recruitment.
New ships.
Summer Event later on.
I wonder if they're even still going to make a public roadmap. They already got harassed for missing roadmap dates they set with the last one. Then again, they could just be nebulous with the dates and simply say "ETA- Fall 2021" with "*Schedules subject to change" in the fine print.
EDIT: Corrected a portion of the statement; thanks to somtaawkhar.
OP some of it is there but they just need to put it together. Another useful way to get this information is from the different links of the Ten Forward Weekly - The Star Trek Online Community Stream
Not questioning efforts or Devs just asking for a roadmap or an update? is that silly? really?
I'm just saying don't expect much from the Devs, their primary goal these days is to make as much money as possible with as little effort as possilble
Besides a roadmap would be kinda pointless because all it will list is grind event after grind event. I'm sure these got these events planned out through 2021...probably wont see our free ship till the end of 2021 or into 2022
Can't have a honest conversation because of a white knight with power
no roadmap because calendars are evil, because people use them to hold us to what we say, and we cant have that
It didn't help that the old calendar was automated so it tended to pick up the wrong items, which some forumites used to browbeat the devs with. And to top it of that version could only be updated with a new compile and sent out with new patches which are not usually an everyday thing so the errors hung on about week or so even after being discovered.

One TFO is not an expansion and not looking for an END but NEW stuff plan for the future. Roadmap is NOT a blog.

I'm sure they're content with leaving the game on autopilot with nonstop event and giving us all the content (ships) our hearts desire!

There is no expansion but real upcoming items as others might have posted already.
