Cannot log into my alt account VIA Arc but have no issues logging in the game...

So i try to log into my alt account through arc, the username is subjectnorth#8585 the email its attached to is cknorthstar@yahoo.ca its been like this since steam messed up log ins when it tried to add an auto log in feature. so now when i try to log into arc it gives me an error that the password is wrong, however when I select change password everything works fine. try again to log into arc and error your user name or password does not match, WTF haha. i really would like to get this sorted out so i may purchase a lifetime subscription for that account. i tried last year to sort this out but for some reason the tech support at the time couldn't understand why i was not able to log in so i gave up... Thoughts? suggestions? any help would mean a lot, thanks.

Stop using ARC.

It also might be a good idea to not use your actual login creds on an open forum like this as with that info someone with a bit of, umm, "knowledge" could get their hands on your account. They could clean you out, delete everything or just straight up steal it from you.

Maybe I'm a bit paranoid, but I tend to err on the side of caution.

1, I don't use arc but the fact you need to log into it to do any type of payment is required, 2 don't worry I have 1 character on it and i already cleaned it out, LOL 3. Yeah its not the caps lock button. Anyhow thanks for all the tips.
