Consistent Server Disconnection

For the past many months whenever I join a TFO or visit my Star Ship Bridge, the loading starts very slow and then boots me out of the game displaying the text 'You have been disconnected from the server'. This happens everyday all day. My cable modem is directly connected in to my desktop PC and I don't use WiFi for the Star Trek Online. I have uninstalled the game and re-installed it downloading it from Steam every time. After uninstalling, I cleaned up any redundant registry files out of my computer before reinstalling STO and STEAM. My desktop PC hardware is update with hardware from 2018. I have updated all the drivers I could with my PCs hardware and always update my apps. I also always start the game with Admin privilege's and sometimes I don't but I still get disconnected everyday all day whether joining a TFO or just visiting my Star Ship bridge. It also happens rarely when playing a story mission as its loading, but this is very rare. I'm at a lose because this has never happened to me before and I've been playing STO for 10+ years. Now I'm getting sick of getting constantly disconnected from the server. I have put in multiple troubleshooting tickets in game to Cryptic with no response as of yet. I put in at least 1 ticket every other day. Why is this happening? I'm now apprehensive to spend real cash to buy ZEN due to me feeling like some new bug will pop up and somehow remove my ZEN or the ZEN wont be deposited. Please help me with this network issue. I am the only one every on my home network. I also have great connection speed after testing it at an online site that tests download and upload speed. Thank you very much and I hope I can get a response.

Regards.

been seeing this for months as well. takes a few times just to get to character screen and then try to play and disconnects. not worth playing anymore.

Putting in a ticket every other day is pointless as Cryptic can't fix your bad connection.

Have to say, even Ambassador Kael is getting disconnected at times. (While live on Ten Forward Twitch streams no less.) In your case though, I'd suspect that it's an issue with your ISP and/or the computers between you and the STO servers. I'd say go through the steps in this post and see what your results are like:
