Nope. Nova isn't on my wish list, and if it was it would be standard c-store ship to me.
Edit: To be clear, that's just for me. I do agree with @thegrandnagus1 : "Yes, I do think they should make a t6 nova. However I think it should be a normal C-store ship for a normal C-store ship price."
1: the main reason is I don't actually like the Nova class. To be clear though, I *DO* think they should make a t6 Nova for those that want it. But because you asked me personally if I would buy it, then the answer is "no" for me personally.
2: the Nova doesn't belong in a bundle like the D7, IMO. The reason they can "get away" with charging a "premium" fee for the d7 is because they were able to label it as "legendary". IMO, the Nova isn't "legendary", but I don't mean that as any kind of insult. Because the Nova isn't "legendary" (IMO), they shouldn't be able to charge more for it than for a standard t6 ship in the C-store.
So, in light of the above:
Yes, I do think they should make a t6 nova. However I think it should be a normal C-store ship for a normal C-store ship price.
As much as I adore the ship(My very first character flew around in it for entirely too long - and I fondly remember random people actually messaging me that they had never seen someone use a ship the way I used it back then), the ship style sadly isn't really applicable to my characters these days. The ones that would potentially use a federation science vessel are already piloting far more dangerous science.. monsters.
There are only two conditions where I'd consider it.
-'Legendary' layout (would need to be something along the lines of a Miracle Worker Titan with Flanking/Scout Ship classification.)
-'Legendary' Starship Trait (Something that would bring Tyken's Rift up to parity with Gravity Well's traited status.)
Personally, what I am truly hopeful for is that it gets included as part of a crossfaction "Scout Ship" bundle along the lines of the Support Carrier bundle we got last year(that finally gave us the T6 Vo'quv). I really want a Dominion/JHV Science vessel with a SecDec, and having a 'Scout Ship'(Science Vessel with Flanking) for each faction would kill four proverbial birds with one stone. Would love if they got Pilot Maneuvers as well, but that's probably asking too much.
Yes because I want that ship however I hate these bundles they are useless to me. The only bundle where I would say yes to is the one from the Legendary Mirror Dreadnought. I hate these level 65 boosts because I can't use them with maxed chars and all chars max level.
C-Store Inc. is still looking for active members on the fed side. If you don't have a fleet feel free to contact me in game @stegi.
If anything's been made more clear, polls and repeat polls are meaningless, 'not representative of anything', "it wouldn't sell" is utter nonsense, and dev preference says no Nova for you.
Some people have been asking for a T6 Nova for a very long time. I've no interest in buying one. I can see where some people really like the ship, though.
So, Cryptic, please make one and sell it to them.
Yeah, I already know all the reasons why you can't/won't do it. Heard 'em for years. You've already put all kinds of ships in the game which appeared in two episodes or less of whatever series someone cares to reference.
Your reasons for not putting a T6 Nova in the game are cheap, smallminded and, most of all, Male Bovine Solid Biological Byproduct.
As to a bundle? I don't think this is a good idea. But I'm not a college educated Marketing Guru. So I might be wrong.

A six year old boy and his starship. Living the dream.
Cryptic seeing the results:
"See? Players have no interest in a T6 Nova. That said, fan-requested Legendary T6 Pie incoming!"
I thought about that before voting, but then I realized that even if Cryptic doesn’t have an excuse against the Nova they will just make one up so it really doesn’t matter either way.
The bundles are overloaded with unwanted nonsense. Just put it in the zen store and we'll see how it looks and decide.

I cannot afford the bundles or I would have picked up the D7 for my character who's background story actually needs one, so no I would not get a Nova either for the same reason, the bundles are too expensive to even consider. It is not a dislike of the Nova or Rhode Island classes, just the inflated price of those bundles.
nova isnt a legendary like a galaxy, connie or d7 is.
Those legendary ships SHOULD be broken up and sold individually.
Nova should just be made, t6, zen store. boom done.
You can make that argument for the Walker, Discovery, Kelvin Connie and Disco Donnie's. I wouldn't consider them Legendary ships either.
I'd buy a T6 Nova standard or Legendary because I like the ship model. Always gave me the little brother to the Sovereign vibe.
Of note is the fact that this is a subject that, whilst not overly visible on the forum anymore, still pops up quite frequently on Social Media, with the most recent example being Reddit: https://reddit.com/r/sto/comments/mjvc8a/t6_nova_class_yet/
Which was tied to this image - and I can only wish that the in-game Nova could look like this:
Ironically, I gather it was based off a Bridge Commander mod!

Basically what they need to do is for the lockboxes is add in a specific type of ship skeleton that just itself is a box. Then the other part of the lockbox is selling costumes for those specific boxes and then can insert tech like consoles and such. It would add more variety to the game on stuff they could just make without having to deal with stat issues and then the gimmick consoles would be what you can do theme the ships. Then they can just take a ton of ideas like the Nova and stick them in a hat on that basis and randomly draw out the costumes that would come in each box and they could do the limited time thing to make them retain their value. The Nova falls basically in the same line as you would have bird of prey and/or any other kind of alt type racial ship like they have done with andorian, tellerite, gorn, lethean, etc.
The whole part about knowing what ship is and what it can on the basis of the outlined idea of what it could be that if you see one of these ships based on the skeleton or bare bones basis you know what it is but is basically the theme of wanting to use a kind of ship that is personally liked over what the majority do by all selling ship types and then making various costumes in a different way so regardless of if it normally wouldn't sell that everyone would be buying them on the basis that you can make it what you want in the end.
What would you have, an Instant 65 Federation Renegade Captain?
C-Store Ship by itself.

I have to say no because the Nova just isn't the ship the D7 is, and I hate level up bundles. The only level up bundle I got was the D7 because it is the D7, the OG of KDF ships, grandmother of most KDF designs. I have no idea when if ever I'll even use the level up stuff.
Now if the Nova came in a better value of a bundle, I'd consider it.
(Also this assumes I have any zen for it, because I'm still not buying more after the 11th anniversary bundle. I was lucky to still have enough left over for the D7.)
* 4-faction pack of scout ships (plus each ship sold separately) with the Fed version being a T6 Nova
* Each ship is a pilot ship with cmdr sci/pilot seat, lt cmdr tac, lt cmdr universal, lt universal, pilot maneuvers, and raider flanking.
* Starship trait: Improved Tyken's Rift - shortens cooldown, increases radius, and boosts ally power levels based on distance from the center.
* 4-faction pack of scout ships (plus each ship sold separately) with the Fed version being a T6 Nova
This is the main thing I would like if they ever get around to adding a T6 Nova. I think the Nova is ideally suited to be a scout ship, since it's a smaller science vessel and it's origin is from the Pathfinder concept for the Defiant. And I think scout vessels are also thematically suited to the KDF and Dominion. I would love to see a KDF scout that's visually based on the BoP platform like the Naj'sov is based on the Vor'cha. Same for the Dominion with a scout that's visually based on the JHAS (or the gunboat hangar pets).
I don't think the Nova needs the Legendary treatment, although considering some of the flimsy reasoning the devs have used for other Legendary ships, I think the Nova would be eligible. Still, I would prefer it to be added alongside equivalent ships for the other 3 factions.
It should have a T6 for sure... I really don't know what Cryptic has been thinking not getting it out for sale. Its a lot of peoples favorite fed ship.
Yes I admit I would buy it in a heart beat in any format. It should be sci raider spec like the T'pau. I am not sure it would have enough skins for Cryptic to sell it as a Legendary. However ya imo its a legendary ship. It didn't have a show built around it no... but it was piloted by Harry Kim in the future, and if you ask most folks that watched Voyager to list the best looking ships from that show. The Equinox will be on everyones short list.
Before T6 I Flew the nova a lot. I have mostly switched to the T'pau now as it flies much the same... but I would much rather be flying a Nova.

It's too bad Polls were more advanced, to ask or seek two different questions or preferences...
It's not a 'Legendary' ship, it was in a couple Voyager Episodes and that's basically it.
It is however, an on screen, canon Star Trek ship that should have received a T6 version years ago.
