Massive Bug

Just found a massive bug. Don't know if it's just me, but on the PS4, there aren't any voices. I didn't really notice it until the mission where you have to rescue the Kai from the resurrection planet. All the sound effects are there, weapons noise, explosions, etc...but no voices.

I don't know if some update has messed something up. I just leveled up and the "announcer voice" said congratulations. But that's the only voice I've heard for at least the last week.

Is this happening for anyone else ? it's really annoying.

    This issue of voices is very pervasive.
    * Several story missions have some of the voices messed up
    * * One of the Fek'lhri missions has the voices of the Klink story tellers voices messed up
    * * Several Romulan missions have female voices coming from male NPCs or vice versa
    * * * Not a big deal for me because I just RP those NPCs as non-binary.
    * Odo's voice is missing from the TFO Swarm.
    * I know there are others because I have seen multiple posts about this issue.

    Sucks that it's happening, but I'm glad to hear it's not just me. I had all the voices, aside from the guys speaking with girl voices and vice versa, the entire time I've been playing the last 9 months.

    found another bug. When using the eject warp plasma, the green mist doesn't show up most of the time.

    Any resolution for this? I only noticed it on the Gamma Quadrant episode characters.

    This is arc games we're talking about. I don't really expect any sort of fix from them...

    Their name is Cryptic Studios. They are under the Perfect World Entertainment umbrella. Arc is a launcher and they have forums for all the games as well as webpages for the games on Arc Games. With that said, this fix may take a long time since it affects so many episodes and since consoles get patched usually the first Tuesday or Thursday of the month and not every Thursday like PC since PC does not have to do deal with console certification through Sony and Microsoft.
