Trouble Getting Into Game To Play

I know that my internet is just fine. I called the cable company and they confirmed that for me. Ping at 50.9 and my speed is 260 Mbps. I open Arc and STO seems to Load up to my selection of toons. I hit play and nothing happens. I can't even get a support ticket started from that point. Everything was just find when I shut it all down for the night last night. Has anyone heard of any problems pertaining to this or having the same problem?

    No probs getting into game for me. You might want to try doing a force verify. After that try again. If that fails try safe mode. Be sure you have on demand patching turned off. Failing all that I have previously mentioned you may need to do a fresh install
