Bat'leth of Sto'Vo'Kor and Ultimate Upgrade = borked Recruit "Improve to XIV" task

I changed the Bat'leth of Sto'Vo'Kor to Dynamic (which I assume means XII from infinity). I then used an Ultimate Upgrade on my Bat'leth of Sto'Vo'Kor - made it gold quality and MK XV - which is great...but it did not give credit for the recruit task "Improve the Bat'leth of Sto'Vo'Kor to MK XIV".

    You didn't level it to 14.

    Which is the bug; it leveled past it - technically it leveled MK XIII and XIV...before it settled on XV. Why would it be literal when the developers know there are mechanisms in the game which would level it past 14 automatically - I am sure they are smart enough to account for this, no? Kind of breaks the recruit event doesn't it? Otherwise they wouldn't have allowed the upgrade or would have put some kind of description in the game.

    I'm sure they will test it and put the necessary effort to patch it or whatever.

    really glad i spotted this, because i was planning to do the exact same thing once i got to 50 and the upgrade option became available on the bat'leth...well, i won't be doing that now​​

    Yeah, I'm the same boat - Ultimate Tech Upgraded my way to 15.

    Bit disappointing they never considered this and hopefully they'll run a fix at some point.

    Oddly I logged into today and I received credit for the upgrade! Yay! But quickly found another bug...which I have reported and will report here.

    Yep issue on this is now resolved. Seems to have fixed itself with a logout and back in.

    I am sorry for the delay in response (especially that it has been a few days since you submitted this ticket) due to the influx of player support tickets in our queue. I've read your concern that the Klingon Recruit rewards. I'm afraid we have received similar reports from other players. Please be assured that we have made the development team aware of this issue and they're actively working on a fix for the console version of the game since this first occurred on the PC version. Once we have an update, we'll let the community know by posting it on our forums and news page.
