Alienware 'House Reborn' giveaway code not working

Went to their site and got a code. Input it in ARC and it says "The product key you have entered is incorrect."
Any way to check the code or get one that works?

I also am having the same problem, I tried to enter one and it says not a valid code. I did cut and paste with no spaces. I then tried typing it by hand and the same thing.
